Description:	The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from agencies in order to provide services to transition aged youth via a Transitional Housing Placement Plus program. The Transitional Housing Placement Plus (THP-Plus) Program provides affordable housing and comprehensive support services for up to 24 months to help former foster and probation youth ages 18 to 24 make a successful transition from out-of-home placements to independent living.
