Placer County is soliciting competitive quotes for the purchase of 12.5% sodium hypochlorite for use in wastewater treatment.  An annual contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to the successful bidder in the total not-to-exceed amount of $12,500.00.  Quotes will be compared on the basis of the sum of the extended prices of all bid items in the Bid Pricing schedule.  Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis.  Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or quantities to be purchased during the term of the contract. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Invitation for Price Quotes and associated attachments, if any.
