The County of Placer is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural firms to assist in the planning, design, construction documentation, bidding and construction contract administration of various County projects.

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List of firms to provide services on an as-needed basis.  The County intends to name approximately six Consultants to the List, which shall be valid for three years from the date of award, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. 

This RFQ includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
