The County of Placer, City of Roseville and City of Auburn, hereinafter referred to as “Agency”, are soliciting proposals from qualified mobility service and technology providers to develop and launch a turnkey Software-as-a-Service solution for deploying flexible on-demand public transit services using Agency owned vehicles and Agency drivers. This type of service is commonly known as, and hereinafter referred to as “Microtransit”. The service will launch first as a one-year pilot program in one or more zones within the area encompassing the City of Roseville, City of Rocklin, City of Lincoln, Town of Loomis, City of Auburn and unincorporated Placer County communities of Granite Bay and North Auburn. 

This RFP will result in the award of separate contracts per individual agency to be effective for an initial term of approximately three (3) years, with an option to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods, at Agency discretion.
