The County of Placer  is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional right-of-way appraisal, negotiation, acquisition, and related services for the bridge replacement project on Watt Avenue at Dry Creek in Roseville CA, western Placer County. This RFP will result in the award of one project-specific contract for the subject project. 

This RFP will result in the award of a contract to be effective for an initial term of approximately five (5) years, to be extended at the County’s discretion, as necessary to complete the project.
