Placer County is soliciting competitive price quotes for the purchase of planned maintenance and on-call repair services for overhead doors, roll-up doors, kitchen doors, counter doors, fire doors, grilles, and gates at various Placer County facilities throughout Western and Eastern Placer County on behalf of the Department Facilities Management, Department of Public Works’ Fleet Services, Transit/TART, and Road Maintenance divisions, and the Placer County Fire Department. 

This price quote shall be evaluated and awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each service area whose price quote complies with the requirements set forth herein.  One or more supplier contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) in the maximum amount of $50,000.00 for an approximate initial one-year term with possible annual renewals.  Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or hours of services to be procured during the term of the resulting agreement.  Price quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the scope of work, terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
