Placer County is soliciting bids for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for:  PLACER COUNTY - CONSTRUCTION OF THE TWILIGHT RIDE ACCESS AND TRAILHEAD/PARKING AREA.  The Work consists generally of the following: 

All of the items as shown on the plans and discussed within the specifications and any Addenda including, but not limited to the removal of specific existing trees, fences, and gravel road as noted on the construction drawings; construction of asphalt access road and parking lot, gravel driveway, equestrian parking area and emergency landing pad, restroom and septic system, ranger station and entry gates, domestic water and fire suppression system, picnic area, trailhead, and gates, installation of site furnishings and drip irrigation system; and planting of ornamental shrubs, trees, and hydroseed.

Additive Alternate 1 includes construction of a shade shelter over the picnic area and electrical outlets on shade shelter.

The opening of the bids will be conducted via Microsoft Teams immediately after the bid Closing Date and time.  Any bids received after the bid Closing Date and time specified shall be returned unopened.
