NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the County of Placer herein referred to as “County,” at the Office of Procurement Services, located at 2964 Richardson Drive, Auburn, CA 95603 prior to 11:00:00 a.m., Tuesday August 1, 2023, for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for:

Bids will be opened and tabulated at said location immediately after said date and time.  Any bids received after the time specified shall be returned unopened.

NTC-1. Description of Work: The work consists generally of overlaying approximately 2.45 miles of road with hot mix asphalt of County roads located in western and eastern Placer County, and other items and details, not mentioned above,that are requiredby the plans, specifications or the Special Provisions.

The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $3,200,000.

The Number of Working Days for this project is 40.

Construction License: The successful bidder must possess at all times, at minimum, a valid California Class A license or a combination of California Class C licenses which constitutes a majority of the work.
