Description: 

The Work consists generally of the following: Reroof of three (3) low-slope porch roofs, entire area of 3-tab asphalt shingle roofing while retaining/reusing copper ridge and hip flashings, and the single ply roofing at the lower and upper Dome catwalks.  Provide new fall protection system and rebuild flues.

The County has estimated cost of the Work to be Six Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Dollars ($696,000.00).
