Placer County is rebidding Bid No. 20482. Sealed bids will be received by the County of Placer to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary for the Placer County PLACER COUNTY HIGHWAY 49 WASTEWATER CAPACITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – PHASE 1, BID NO.20546, PROJECT NO. PJ02412. The work to be done, in general, includes construction of a sewer force main, new gravity sewer lines, air release valves, odor control systems, sewer manholes, and miscellaneous ancillary work on roadways, and other items and details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, specifications or the Special Provisions. The Engineer’s Estimate for the Base Bid for this project is $8,610,000. The Engineer’s Estimate for Additive Bid Item A is $472,000. The Engineer’s Estimate for Additive Bid Item B is $309,000. The Number of Working Days for this project is 230. If additive alternates A and B are added, the number of working days will be extended to 247. Construction License: The successful bidder must possess at all times, at minimum, a valid California Class A license issued by the State of California. Submission of Proposals: Bids must be received by the County prior to the hour and date of the bid opening. Bids shall be submitted to the bids&tenders™ website.
