Description: 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the County of Placer herein referred to as “County,” at the Office of Procurement Services, located at 2964 Richardson Drive, Auburn, CA 95603 prior to 11:00:00 a.m., Friday, June 19, 2020, for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for COUNTY OF PLACER FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, SOUTH PLACER JAIL KITCHEN FLOOR REPAIR. 

Description of Work:  The Work consists generally of the following:  
Option 1:  Sawcut and remove 240 SF of slab on grade floor for installation of trench drain and related plumbing alterations.  Backfill with new concrete slab on grade and matching epoxy coating. 

Option 2:  Sawcut and remove 740 SF of slab on grade floor for installation of trench drain, lowering of two grease waste floor drains and related plumbing alterations.  Backfill with new recessed concrete slab on grade, mud bed and 6x6 quarry tile finish floor.   

This bid shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.  Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the scope of work, terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments.
